Use with a cafetière or filter machine. As a guide we would recommend one rounded dessertspoonful (9g) of coffee per cup, but this may be adjusted according to taste.
For cafetières: Initially, warm the cafetière with hot water, empty and add the amount of coffee as required. Boil freshly drawn water, after approximately 10 seconds pour onto the coffee and leave to brew for 6-7 minutes.
For percolators and filter machines follow the manufacturer's instructions.
